In any organization, there are leaders without titles. This talk will teach you how to create a reputation as a leader and become someone who others will look to for advice, inspiration, and direction.
Over the course of 6 years of involvement with a huge, democratic open-source project, Donnie has made the gradual transition from beginner to experienced developer to leader. He will share how you can do the same in your own organization.

Donnie has vast experience at all levels of architecture and leadership at Gentoo Linux, where he’s spent 6 years helping to build a Linux distribution of more than 250 dedicated people and maintains nearly 400 packages.
