Description

A lot can happen online, but sometimes you’ve just got to have face-to-face meetings with groups of clients or co-workers. Meetings can be great! Or they can be a great big waste of time.

This rapid fire presentation will take you through 15 tools and exercises you can use to get everyone focused at the beginning of your meeting, inspire creative collaboration during it, and make sure everyone goes home feeling good about what happened.

I’ll focus on strategies for engaging your audience throughout, strong strategies for opening and closing, and exercises to get people working and thinking together in new ways. You’ll leave with a toolbox of strategies that you can apply easily in your next meeting.
