When we announced our promotional deal with WebVisions back in late-March, I felt sure that we’d have a slew of takers.
After all, WebVisions is an established event here in Portland, attracting well-known faces from around the world every year, and this year promises to be more of the same awesomeness featuring an all-star lineup of local and international speakers, including a keynote by Tara Hunt (@missrogue) just announced last week.
Tara will be digging into Whuffie, the subject of her new book, “The Whuffie Factor: Using the Power of Social Networks to Build Your Business“, which incidentally, you can buy and help us in one fell swoop by using this link. As @osbridgebot so eloquently put it:
Excited? You should be. We’re offering you WebVisions and Open Source Bridge for only $300.
You read that right. Standard attendance for WebVisions will run you $250 right now, as will standard attendance for Open Source Bridge. So, do the math. You’re saving $200 and getting two great conferences with five days of awesome content.
Maybe you’re really interested in one conference, but on the fence about the other. Although I’m incredulous, I get it. Think of it as getting the other one you’re not sure about for only $50. That should help.
Better act soon though. WebVisions is coming up fast, May 20-22 at the Oregon Convention Center. This steal of a deal is only good until May 18.
Hurry, register now and make sure to pick the package deal.
But what if you’ve already registered for one or the other event? Maybe you didn’t know. It’s fine. Drop a comment, and we’ll work our magic to make sure you get the discount.
I’ll be at WebVisions. Rick will be there too. We’ll see you there.

Hey, I signed up for both WebVisions and OSBridge separately. Can I get the package deal retroactively Jake writes about?
@mindwarm Yep. We’ll make sure to get that figured out.

[...] to stop procrastinating and register. Better yet, take advantage of the package deal WebVisions and Open Source Bridge are offering, i.e. full access passes to both events for $300. [...]
