@geoloqi (Non-Visual Augmented Reality with SMS and GPS) Hack Sessions

Build geoloqi with us at OSBridge!

Summary: This session will Non-Visual AR will be Wed, 06/02/10 from 3:45 – 4:30pm in St. Johns (also known as the Trustee Room). Geoloqi is a mobile app and system that allows one automatic check-ins based on GPS data. It also allows proximal notification, geonotes, and real-time data exchange.

For a more detailed description of the app's functionality, see Slideshare Presentation and the session notes.

The app and system was built in order to reduce the need to query, send and receive redundant information. It was built as an answer to the endless query of "where are you?" as well as the need to reduce information so painfully abundant on the leading location sharing platforms.

Times: All times are tentative. We're still ironing things out.
