Project Post Mortem
Facilitator: Scott Daniels
- oldest person you'll meet that learned young. (196?)
- get everyone involved in the room
- limit time strictly (about 1-2min per person)
- everyone talks
- first time around everyone says "what was the best thing"
- then central discussion
- next everyone says "what was the worst thing"
The rules get everyone talking. The most interesting ideas come from those that usually don't talk.
Learn more from failure or success?
- everything had successes and failures
- complete success or failure doesn't teach you as much as the mixed bag
What happens after the meeting?
- Over time knowledge accumulates within the group
- Sharing knowledge means more people know what's good and what's bad
and we did a post-mortem on the osbridge conference...
