[edit] OpenStreetMap Party - June 20th
OpenStreetMap is "The Wiki Map of the World." Join the fun in creating and using the best map around. Worldwide, there are over 120,000 people contributing to OpenStreetMap.
Do you like computers, GPS, maps, Free Software or in to GIS? You'll love OpenStreetMap. Make a map of your trip. Use a map created just for cyclists, hikers or geocachers!
At our events we loan out GPS units for you to go out and trace your routes. We rejoin and show how to upload your data and make the map richer! You can also learn how to 'armchair' map but using aerial data and the internet.
We’ll be meeting at the downtown library in the US Bank room from 12pm-4pm on Saturday the 20th.

[edit] Pedalpalooza Bike Events
Pedalpalooza is going on for most of June. There are hundreds of fun bike rides. In fact, should there be one related to Open Source Bridge? This is copied from what I posted on the OSB Facebook wall:
i wonder if anyone who will be at open source bridge will also have bicycles with them? my thought: a pedalpalooza geek ride! (more on pedalpalooza, which is happening NOW: http://pedalpalooza.org ) stops could include powells technical (of course!), backspace, various open source companies, etc etc etc. it could be an "open source" route and set of stops! we design the tour then give it away for anyone to do when they wanted. make the documentation available under creative commons, etc. mwahaha.
