Key Ideas
- Find a host or sponsor group that can help provide resources and services.
- Pick a project and ensure that it is something that other people will be interested in helping with.
- Do your homework and see if there are others trying to solve the same problem, if they are, can you come alongside and help?
- Distribute work into bite-sized pieces and farm that work out to others.
- Seek help from local technology community groups.
